Most appropriate and competitive offers are obtained from local and international markets for securing Hull & Machinery risks of vessels. Depending on the age and tonnage of vessels offers are mainly provided under the following terms and conditions;

•  ITCH (Institute Time Clauses Hulls) 1.11.95 (Cl. 280) - ¾ RDC (Running Down Clause) “Collision liability excluded or included”.
•   ITCH 1.11.95 (Cl. 280)  amended to exclude Collision Liability absolutely, but free of any claim in respect of partial loss of and/or damage to the vessel unless caused by Fire, Explosion, Grounding, Stranding, Damage received in collision with a ship, vessel or object.
•  ITCH 1.11.95  (Cl. 284) TLO (Total Loss Only – General Average, Salvage,  Sue and Labor expenses included)
