Cargo Insurances are provided to the cargo owners, who arrange carriage of cargoes from one place to another by means of sea carriage or others. The cargo insurance coverage are generally provided in accordance with Institute Cargo Clauses A,B and C (Clause 252,253 and 254) depending on the extent of coverage required by the insured or offered by the insurer.
